Agricultural Pests

In an agricultural environment, it is essential to have a well-run and effective programme for pest management. We have worked on estate and farm land for more than seven years and work in line with the 'Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981' and 'Wild Mammal Protection Act 1995' and all other countryside laws and guidance.

Common agricultural pest problems:

- rodents around grain stores;

- moles digging up lawns around estates;

- deer damaging young trees and flowers;

- pigeons eating crops;

- grey squirrels damaging young trees;

- rabbits eating crops or flowers in estate gardens.

We are skilled and experienced in a range of techniques to manage agricultural pests. Selecting the most effective/risk averse methods, we will ensure that your live stock, the environment and relationships with the general public are respected.

We will always discuss with you, and provide, a bespoke management plan which might include a one-off visit or a reoccurring treatment program to suit your needs.

In line with the British Pest Control Association (BPCA) and the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) guidelines, we can assess and treat your pest problem effectively and efficiently.

Rodent Control

Rodents cause millions of pounds worth of damage every year on farms and estates, ranging from structural damage to loss of earnings. Our Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) certification means we meet Red Tractor requirements and we always provide up-to-date records for submission, as required.
Rodents breed up to seven times per year with up to fifteen young per litter so the infestation can quickly escalate.
Common signs include droppings, smell of urine, nests and gnawed holes.

General Mammal Management Plans

A specific management plan is the most efficient way to deal with mammals around your farm/estate. We can work with you to control deer, moles, grey squirrels and rabbits. We can also offer advice on damage caused by protected species such as badgers, gulls and voles. Please contact us to find out more about how we can support you.
